Yamaha have given the YZF-R125 a liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, 4-valve, single cylinder, SOHC engine that will rev and rev all the way to 9000rpm. The engine also features a compact fuel injection system fed by a large capacity air box and 4-valve cylinder head.
